My Approach
I FEEL PRIVILEGED TO WORK WITH YOU
I feel very privileged to work with the people who pursue therapy with me. I realize that talking about personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings can be very hard. It is very important to me that I create a safe space where you can bring all aspects of your most authentic self. I value the therapeutic relationship. I will uphold confidentiality. I feel that we all have shadows and stories that have shaped who we are, and I want you to live in your light.
I feel that therapy is not one size fits all
As I get to know a person, I will tailor my counseling approach to their individual needs. I use techniques drawn from a number of evidence-based treatment orientations, including: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing ( EMDR) person-centered, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
